Data We Collect

We collect the data you provide when booking a journey or contacting us (name, email, phone number, pick-up and drop-off details), and technical data necessary for the operation and security of the site. Bookings made through our reservation widget are processed by our booking partner FareBookings as processor.

Why We Use It

To perform the transport services you request (contract), respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest), meet our legal obligations, and — only with your consent — measure site audience via Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, no tracking scripts are loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.

Retention

Booking and contact data are kept for the time necessary to provide the service and to meet legal (accounting and tax) obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
