1. The Service

Booking Chauffeur, a brand operated by DEMENEX (registre VTC VTC092164218), provides private chauffeured transport (VTC) in Paris, Île-de-France and across France. All journeys must be booked in advance.

2. Bookings & Prices

The price displayed and confirmed at booking is fixed and includes taxes. It does not change with traffic conditions. Quotations for Premium vehicles and bespoke services are valid for the period stated on the quote.

3. Airport Pick-Ups & Waiting Time

Flights are tracked in real time and the pick-up time adjusts automatically to the actual landing time at no extra cost. A complimentary waiting period applies after landing (airport transfers) or after the agreed pick-up time (other journeys); additional waiting may be charged at the rate communicated at booking.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are accepted free of charge up to the deadline indicated at booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full price of the journey.

5. Passenger Obligations

Passengers must respect the vehicle and applicable law (seat belts, no smoking). The company may refuse carriage in case of dangerous or abusive behaviour, without refund.

6. Liability

The company holds professional passenger-transport insurance. It cannot be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control (force majeure, exceptional traffic events, incorrect information supplied by the client).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
